Welcome to the Scale Your Salary Program operated by Elevated Technologies, LLC (“ET,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Before you participate in our program, please carefully read the following disclaimer, which forms an integral part of your agreement with us.

By enrolling in and participating in the Scale Your Salary program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to the program’s full Client Agreement and Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

The Scale Your Salary program provides career coaching, educational materials, digital tools, job-application support, resume/LinkedIn optimization, and related services.

  • No Universal Guarantee: While our program is designed to enhance employability, interview frequency, and career advancement, results depend on multiple factors including your personal commitment, background, market conditions, qualifications, and economic factors.

  • Placement Guarantee (Conditional): Elevated Technologies only provides a guaranteed job placement or salary outcome when explicitly stated in a written Client Contract mutually signed by both parties. Unless such a signed agreement exists, no guarantee of placement or income increase applies.

  • Not a Job Placement Agency: ET is not a staffing agency or employment service. We do not guarantee job offers, salary increases, or specific outcomes unless expressly agreed to in writing as noted above.

2. Participant Commitments

To maximize success in the program, you agree to:

  • Actively participate in scheduled sessions, assignments, and deliverables.

  • Submit required materials (e.g., resumes, preferences, program tasks) on time.

  • Maintain professional conduct in interactions with ET staff, coaches, and peers.

Failure to follow through on commitments may limit program effectiveness, affect eligibility for guarantees, and impact refund rights.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

  • All program content, strategies, frameworks, proprietary tools, and community discussions are confidential and solely for your personal use.

  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, resell, or disclose any materials, coaching content, or peer information to third parties without written consent.

  • Breaches of confidentiality or misuse of program materials may result in termination of access, legal action, and financial damages.

4. Liability Waiver

  • Independent Decisions: All career, financial, and professional decisions you make based on our program are solely your responsibility.

  • Third-Party Services: ET may use or recommend third-party vendors (e.g., virtual assistants, resume platforms, job boards). ET is not responsible for errors, delays, damages, or issues caused by third parties.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ET, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, income, or business relationships, arising from your participation in the program.

5. Refund Policy & Guarantee Conditions

Refunds and guarantees, if applicable, are subject to strict compliance with program requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Full completion of assigned tasks, milestones, and job-application minimums.

  • Consistent attendance and participation in coaching sessions.

  • Accurate and timely reporting of job search activity as requested.

  • Compliance with the Client Agreement, including payment terms.

Refunds and guarantees only apply where explicitly granted under a mutually signed Client Contract.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All materials, templates, videos, written content, tools, and frameworks provided during the program are the intellectual property of ET.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program content for personal career advancement only.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale of ET’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. No Professional Advice

The program is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • ET does not provide legal, tax, medical, or financial investment advice.

  • Any business, career, or financial decision made based on program content is at your sole discretion and risk.

  • You should consult independent professionals (e.g., attorneys, accountants, financial advisors) as appropriate.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer and your participation in the Scale Your Salary program shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless otherwise specified in your Client Agreement.

9. Entire Agreement

This Disclaimer is intended to summarize key program policies but does not replace the full Client Agreement and Terms & Conditions, which govern all aspects of your participation. In the event of conflict, the Client Agreement shall prevail.

10. Acknowledgement

By enrolling in and participating in the Scale Your Salary program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer, and you acknowledge that success is contingent on your personal effort, market conditions, and compliance with program requirements.

Any figures related to job placements or earnings are based on client-reported data and represent outcomes achieved by individuals who followed the program and applied its strategies. These results are not typical and vary significantly depending on experience, effort, skill, industry conditions, and other factors. Many clients do not complete the program or do not achieve job placement.


In some cases, Elevated Technologies may offer performance-based guarantees, such as interview volume or job placement, but only when explicitly outlined in a written agreement signed by both the client and the company. These guarantees are not automatic, and are contingent on client eligibility, demonstrated effort, and fulfillment of required inputs. If no such agreement is signed, no guarantees apply.
